​ I lost a recommend trip paper for Mr. Khao. Instead I am writing on this email. 

He and me signs are different. At first I hard understand him, but he found different way to how explain to make me understand to relate history and other places. More than other things he doing great. he is always happy and smile all the time. he also always made sure if im okay and what i need. He cared about how ive spent on wisdom things he doesnt want to spend me all money.  I can tell he very curious  he wanted to learn ASL more and he asked me many questions how translate VSL to ASL.  I also I told him i wanted to learn Vietnam sign language too which is cool we teach each other. On Saturday Sept 13, we went to deaf school but it was closed on during weekend which i cant see deaf school but darn it i really want to see it next time will do. He guided me to many different cool places and he knowledge about alot of history to relate to Vietnam War.   I wish I can join with other tourists will be nice instead alone. Next time I come to Vietnam Ill bring someone with me and make bigger group to join your service. Ill say hes doing great tour guide. Those prices are expensive but i understand this is a private tour service but worth it. If deaf someone is coming to Vietnam I will tell them to go to your service

​ Dear Thi,  I am writing to say "thank you" for your well organised Vietnam Tour.  We all enjoyed ourselves very much indeed and I know that when Di and Steve return from Cambodia and Laos, they too will be writing to let you know how pleased they were with the trip.  We feel we had a chance to experience many different aspects of your country - south to north and country and city life - under very pleasant circumstances. The accommodation was always well located and comfortable, and the staff were always friendly and helpful.  Your guides were good, although Dom's English was particularly fluent and he could explain a lot of your history which we found of benefit.  Our arrivals and departures from airports was always handled promptly and efficiently.

I would like to particularly mention that our 24 hours on the boat at Halong Bay, the activities we did, the food we ate, and the staff, was an amazing experience.  The beauty of this area will live a long time in our memories.

I would not hesitate to recommend your company's services to any of our friends.  It was particularly nice to meet you in person and our dinner in the market was great fun.

Regarding our last group ( Aegon), everything was perfect!!!  Thank you for cooperation.   I am very positively surprise with Hanoi and Ho ian, I enjoyed even more than Ho Chi Minh !    I really like your restaurant selection in Hanoi.  Brawo! Your guide in Hanoi perfect for Polish groups ( ask him if he sent my postcards already!!! Very important!).   Hotel in Hanoi very decent, good location!   Ha Long bay cruise need some renovation but I knew this is 3 star standard, next time I will make one day shorter.   Hoi an hotel of course need some renovation but I like this old colonial style.  That was good for this group but next one we need higher standard.   Last farewell dinner super!  Everyone loved it!

Need adjustment:

First dinner at Le Belhamy was poor ( old squids and can beer), no tv football broadcast even though our guide promised us in the bus that they have sports bar.   Also accommodation was totally mixed up, all names besides sgl were wrong.  Thx for my villa and location!  Also our local guide was not very flexible and we have some communication problem………………………….or Thanh from Hanoi was just too good !

Overall I am very happy with our cooperation.  Thx and see you soon !

 Thank you for organising our tour of Saigon.

We found Diep our guide an excellent companion.  She arrived on time with excellent transport clean and efficient.  The itinerary was good and her commentary was excellent.  She gave us a great insight into how Vietnam had changed since 1984 and the end of the war.  It is incredible to be told that 75% of all citizens were born after the war!!.

The visit to the Temple was the best visit of its type we have ever had.  Diep took her time and explained to us what was happening and what each part of the temple was about.

The visit to the war museum was also excellent but be careful not to over play it.  After one hour we had got the picture and really did not want to see any more.  Try to find other attractions to visit.

Lunch at the Lemmon Grass was brilliant, and with Diep as our guest she made to experience smooth and relaxing. 

Diep’s command of English was excellent and we particularly liked the way she told us about the general life of the Vietnamese people.

We would highly recommend your company to friends and family especially Diep and her driver.

Mr. Phirom in Cambodia was an exceptional guide ( he really enthused us with his knowledge about Angkor Wat) & dealt with the Phnom Kulen Park issue extremely well & we will never forget his actions and calm professional manner.

We also loved the woman we had in Hoian even though it was only for 1 day ,she was great.

We were very impressed with the quality of the driving and the vehicles used and learnt soooo much history about your part of the world. Sophie and I are both reading books to consolidate our knowledge. 

The hotels were all exceptional and of a higher standard than I expected. Sophie had never stayed in such luxury and loved it! I'm sure we would have been just as happy in 3 star places- Rob & Jenny were laughing at me when we told them where we stayed and said the Halong Bay Boat we were on was a luxury liner not a junk like the one they went on! 

The Halong Bay trip WAS luxurious and just what we needed towards the end of our trip. 

I could go on forever, we have lifelong memories and it was the first time I've travelled with my daughter which made it even more special.
