Highlights:
Ho Chi Minh City is the heart and soul of Vietnam. It’s a bustling, dynamic and industrious centre, the largest city in the country, the economic capital and the cultural trendsetter.
Cu Chi tunnels which stretched for over 200km, became legendary during the 1960s. The Cu Chi tunnels played a vital part in the U.S.-Vietnam War.
Tay Ninh, near the Cambodian border, is home to the unique Cao Dai sect, whose patron saints include Joan of Arc, Victor Hugo and Winston Churchill to name a few. The religion is a hybrid of Buddhism, Taoism, Confucianism and Christianity.
The sprawling city of My Tho, located on the banks of the Upper Mekong River, is one the closest cities in the mighty Mekong Delta to Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), and can be reached by road in just one hour.
Chau Doc is a district and town in An Giang Province, bordering Cambodia, in the Mekong Delta region of Vietnam. The district covers an area of 100 km².
The town is located by the Hâu River (a branch of the Mekong River flowing through Vietnamese territory) and Vinh Te canal. Chau Doc is situated 250 km west of Ho Chi Minh City. It takes about six hours to travel by bus from Ho Chi Minh City
The city of Nha Trang is becoming more popular with the tourists in recent years. Yet, with a population of 300,000, Nha Trang still retains its small town atmosphere. This resort town is well known for its miles of beach and the friendliness of its people. The city is flanked by nearly ten kilometers of prime beach where the water is warm year round.
Dalat – the jewel of the Central Highlands. It is featured by a park-like environment, with lovely temperature 15°-24°C and sunlight all year round, which create numerous waterfalls, pinewood hills, lakes and evergreen forests and gardens
Hoi An is located 30km south of Danang City, and it is the heart of Quang Nam central province. Hoi An attracts tourists thanks to its poetic and picturesque landscapes such as Thuan Tinh islet, Cua Dai beach,Cham island together with traditional handicrafts and famous local specialities
Hue is the capital city of Thua Thien - Hue province, Vietnam. Between 1802 and 1945, it was the imperial capital of the Nguyen Dynasty. As such, it is well known for its monuments and architecture. Hue originally rose to prominence as the capital of the Nguyen Lords, a feudal dynasty which dominated much of southern Vietnam from the 17th to the 19th century.
Sapa: located at the altitude of 1,600m above the sea level and inhabited by many hill tribes, Sapa enjoys lovely temperature, gorgeous landscapes especially mountainous rice terraces, and colourful tribal cultures. There are various trekking routes around to enjoy those pleasant things. The most popular trek is to Muong Hoa valley, among Y Lin Ho villages of the Black H’mong, the Ta Van village of the Zday people. You can stay overnight at a home stay in Ta Van and continue the trek to Gian Ta Chai village of the Red Dao and Ban Ho village of the Tay group. Another “must see” thing is one of the colorful and interesting markets around Lao Cai which are gathered on certain days by many tribes, including Coc Ly market on Tuesday, Cao Son market on Wednesday, Can Cau and Muong Hum markets on Saturday, Muong Khuong and Bac Ha markets on Sunday.
Ha Long Bay is located in the northeast corner of Viet Nam, 165 km from Ha Noi. Ha Long Bay was recognized as a world heritage site twice by UNESCO, the first time in 1994 for the exceptional and universal value of the landscape and the second time in 2000 for the special value of geology and geomorphology. Being in Halong Bay, you will be overwhelmed by its unique geomorphology of thousands of rock islands of various shapes and sizes and by its irresistible relaxation. You will surely enjoy a pleasant cruise day and night through these rock islands, explore beautiful caves and grottos, savor delicious fresh seafood, relax on the sun deck or refresh in the sea water by swimming or kayaking.
Hanoi: located on the banks of the Red River with tranquil Hoan Kiem Lake at its heart, Hanoi is the capital of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. North of the lake are the bustling streets of the Old Quarter, each street named after the trade that used to take place there. Once visiting Hanoi, you have a chance to visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum where you can see his well-preserved mummy, one of the most favorite spots of Vietnamese people. It’s a must to walk around in the old quarter to experience its hustle and bustle, the real life of Hanoi. It’s really fun to observe Hanoi people doing exercises around the Hoan Kiem Lake at dawn, take a trishaw(also called cyclo) ride through this chaotic old quarter during the day, and watch a unique water puppet show at night. Hanoi has many beautiful attractions such as the Temple of Literature, the One Pillar Pagoda, the West Lake and Tran Quoc pagoda, the Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son temple, the Ethnology museum of 54 ethnic groups, and more. Don’t miss Hanoi.
