Mekong delta is about 40.000 square kilometers (km2) in area and it is known as one of the widest and richest delta in ASEAN, in Vietnam it is considered as the biggest granary of Vietnam (the second one is Red River delta in the North of Vietnam), it provides 60% of nation’s rice. Besides that, Mekong delta is the place of different tropical fruits such as durian, coconut, banana, pineapple, dragon fruit

and when people come here they can enjoy the seasonal fruits all round year.
Cai Rang Floating Market is 30 minutes by boat from Can Tho City. People start coming to the market by boat from 04:00 or 05:00 A.M to sell agricultural products.
At Cai Rang Floating Market, you could buy things of the Mekong Delta ranging from coconuts, rice, taro, seasonal fruits...
In Chau Doc, take an interesting boat trip cruising through Rung Tram Forest which was used by so - called Viet Cong Army during the anti -American war time as a base called Xeo Quyt.
 

Tour Details:
Day 1: HCMC – MY THO – CAN THO
08:00 Meet our guide and transfer to My Tho. Visit the colourful Vinh Trang Pagoda. Take a wonderful boat ride on the Mekong River, visiting local houses and workshops of coconut candies, fruit gardens, sampan ride through small canals.
And then transfer to Can Tho. Arrive Can Tho – hotel check in and free time on your own.
Overnight in Can Tho.
DAY 2: CAN THO – CHAU DOC (B)
Early fantastic boat trip on Can Tho River through lively floating markets and scenes of floating life. Transfer to Chau Doc. Enjoy a boat trip in Chau Doc, visit a floating house of fish cages and a Cham village.
Visit Sam mountain at the bottom and impressive temples for the Homeland Goddess.
Overnight in Chau Doc
DAY 3: CHAU DOC – XEO QUYT – HCMC (B)
Transfer to Dong Thap, stop at Xeo Quit, an impressive underwater military base in a beautiful swamp forest, be delighted by lovely boat ride through small canals, beautiful eucalyptus forests and ivies.
Transfer back to HCMC.
Drop off at the hotel.
End of service.
